If, as an employee or ex-employee you wish
to take Employment Tribunal proceedings against your employers we can act
for you on what is known as a contingency fee (“no win – no fee”)
basis. This means that you
pay nothing to us if your case is unsuccessful.
If however we are successful in getting compensation for you, you
pay us a percentage of that compensation normally in the region of 30%. We
specify the exact percentage that applies in writing to you before we
start acting for you.
